The ITA Admissions Process
The admissions process is child-centric. We want your child to thrive in their school environment. Our two-fold admissions process allows the parents to learn about the school, our philosophy, and our policies as our education professionals evaluate your child’s unique learning style and individual needs. Our goal is to determine if ITA will meet the child’s needs and the family’s expectations.
Families who enroll are expected to accept the school’s values, goals, and expectations.
ITA accepts qualified students of any race, color, creed, national, or ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school.
Interested in enrolling your child at ITA?
Making decisions about your child’s education can indeed be quite the puzzle. We’re here to make this process as smooth and clear as possible for you. To get started, I’ve gathered some essential information that will kickstart the enrollment process:
- Fees: There’s a $100 Application Fee and a $250 Supply Fee. The supply fee covers field-trip shirts, indoor shoes, Chinese Workbooks, and Apps, as well as all materials like art supplies, notebooks, and pencils.
- What You Need: On the first day, your child will need a water bottle, two changes of clothing, and, of course, that wonderful smile!

You’ll need to upload your child’s Birth Certificate and Immunization (or exemption) form.
Once registered, you’ll receive several documents, including the Parent Handbook, after-care agreements, Uniform Policy agreement, and Parent Contract.

How is acceptance prioritized?
Acceptance to ITA is granted and prioritized by:
1. Re-enrollment of current students
2. Siblings of current students
3. Children of staff
4. Five-day students
5. Transfers from other Montessori Schools
6. New students
Any remaining spaces are offered to the Wait Pool first and then open to the public.
